The Grand Chicken is a Chicken Sandwich Sold by Arabian Franchises of McDonald's primarily in the Middle East, but can also be found in other regions. The sandwich consists of a toasted wheat bun dusted with cornmeal, a slice of cheese, a breaded chicken breast meat patty, lettuce, and garlic mayo sauce.

History
The Grand Chicken was first introduced in 2010 as a limited time offer. Early versions of the sandwich had a sesame seed topped bun, tomatoes, Emmental cheese and mayo-mustard sauce. Due to high demand, the sandwich was reformulated and relaunched in May 2011, now with three varieties - Spicy, Original and Deluxe. As from 2014, the Grand Chicken was made available in certain locations outside of the Middle East.

- Grand Chicken Deluxe Consists of a breaded chicken patty, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, two slices of Emmental cheese and topped with mayo mustard sauce
- Grand Chicken Special Consists of a breaded chicken patty, topped with lettuce, rocca leaves, tomatoes, 2 slices of Emmental cheese, dressed in a 'gourmet sauce' consists of Dijon mustard, and a slice of chicken roll, in a bun with corn meal topping.
- Grand Chicken Spicy was a spiced up patty variant was available in 2012 in GCC countries and currently available in Egypt.
- Grand Chicken Cajun is served in Morocco with a sesame topped bun, cheddar cheese, fried onions,lettuce, tomatoes and Cajun sauce that is composed of garlic, cumin, pepper and paprika
